Our restaurant is
under the Hasgachah of OU Glatt Israel. The kashrus
division is under Rabbi Kuper's direction. We
have a Mahgiach Tamidi on premises at all times. All
our beef and chicken are from Agudat Yisroel, Hagar,
or Rubins shechita. All Terumot and Maserost are
taken from fruits & vegetables l'chumrah. |
